 Our

Kitesurfing Camps

are designed to give the Kiteboarder a maximum of kite boarding experience combined with down winders, reef surfing and island hopping.

We stay in touch with walky-talkies, and always have an eye on each other. This Package is only for experienced kiters of Level 3 to 5. You need to have excellent control over your kite and board. You are able to re-launch your kite in any situation.

During this trip you will see some of the most beautiful places in the Caribbean, you will be able to snorkel the reefs and go fishing, or have a cool drink during the sunset in a bar on a island covered with palm trees. We have a bonfire in the evening and enjoy the stars in the night. We eat freshly caught fish and delicious local fruits.

We take groups up to 20 people (kiteboarders and non kiters) for 4 days and 3 nights to the reef. From there we surf to the next island, while the motor-boat and the not kiting companions are preparing our destination area, go snorkeling or catching fish, sunbathing or chatting with other people on the beach. We sleep in little lodges or tents, depending on the island we pass.

Lets describe the Kitesurfing Camp more detailed. Depending on the wind and weather conditions we can make landfall on three different camps. 1. The Laughingbird Cay Camp
2. The Ranguana Cay Camp and 3.  The Sapodilla Cay Camp.

I will describe the Sapodilla Cay Camp in more detail.

We are talking a whole bunch of little islands. Hunting Cay, with its thick coconut forest, spectacular pristine beaches and incredible diving and snorkeling. This is our base for the three days.

The next picture shows the Lagoon on the East Side of Hunting Cay. It is a curved beach, protected by the barrier reef 100 meters in front of the beach. The barrier reef has a cut in which you can surf to the open ocean with wave riding.

This is the site where we land our kite after we surfed for a while around the island "Nicholas Cay" which lies 1/4 a mile north of Hunting Cay. You can see it in the background.

You can camp under the Palm trees on the lawn or on the sand, or just sleep in a hammock under a roof of Palm leaves. I recommend to bring a mosquito net in this case.
The barbeque is huge, so are the fish, steaks and chicken portions to feed the hungry kiters after a long sunny day on the reef.
You can surf 360 degree around Nicholas Cay. Is is surrounded by a ring reef with cuts to the open see.

You can cross the bar and surf upwind in the open until you are tired. Than you come back into the flat and enjoy to kite surf until the sun sets and the nose smells the great food.
